Refund and Returns Policy

Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of order, or within 7 days of receipt of the goods, whichever is longer. There is no right of return on any custom made product.

All returns and order cancellations require the original products to be returned to us at the expense of the consumer. Collection is available by mutual agreement by contacting us on 0121 340 0121.

On the return of items, we will inspect them to ensure they are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out and will refund the amount due within 30 working days.

Any defects will be notified to you in writing to your email address.

As a Business Customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within two days of receipt of order; however we reserve the right to charge you restocking and/or cancellation fees as per the full Terms and Conditions.

When you have had receipt of your order for more than two days, we do not offer returns on non-faulty items.

In some circumstances we may accept a return. Where a product is incorrect, damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement. Please contact us to discuss. In any case, all returns will be at the expense of the customer.
