Delivery

Cobbled Paver 50mm – Autumn Mix – 3 Size Mixed Pack is a three-size concrete block paving pack for driveways, paths, entrances and landscaped areas. The mixed block formats allow a varied laying pattern that breaks up long straight joints and gives the finished surface greater character.

The warm brown, red and pink colour blend and cobbled finish create visual variation across the paved area, helping the surface work with both traditional and contemporary properties.

Installation guidance

Install over a well-compacted sub-base and suitable laying course with secure edge restraints. Once laid, compact the paving in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance and fill the joints with kiln-dried sand.

Concrete paving can display natural shade variation. Blend blocks from several packs during installation and confirm coverage, quantity and batch colour before laying. Split-pack availability should be checked directly with the store.

Local Delivery

For our products that are available with local delivery, we can deliver them within a 30 mile radius of our Nechells or Dudley stores (B7 5DT or DY2 9RH respectively). Local delivery is £30. (PLEASE NOTE: deliveries with a Redditch postcode are £40, due to the extra distance).

National Pallet Delivery

Outside of our local delivery area, we deliver Porcelain and Natural Stone all over the UK, with a pallet charge of £80

Delivery Times

Both Palletways and our Local Delivery services are 2-3 days Mon - Sat. You can specify a certain delivery day if you require on checkout for up to 2 weeks in the future.

Deliveries will require a signature

Deliveries are scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM and necessitate a signature. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept your order. Unsuccessful deliveries will result in a re-delivery charge of £30 per pallet or £30 per Local BFS delivery.
All deliveries are made to the kerbside or the nearest accessible flat surface. The decision to deliver on the driveway is at the discretion of Palletways or the BFS driver.
It is advised to inspect items upon delivery before signing for any potential damage, discrepancies, or missing items. Our Palletways and BFS drivers will allow ample time for you to do so.
In the event of any breakages, please mark it as ‘Damaged on Arrival’. Otherwise, the pallet courier will not accept responsibility for breakages. Kindly contact our customer services team within 48 hours of delivery, and they will be happy to assist in resolving any issues. Please refrain from installing any damaged or incorrect items, as we will be unable to replace or refund items that have been installed.
Please be aware that drivers are unable to dispose of packaging materials, including pallets. It is the responsibility of the customer to appropriately dispose of these items.
We strongly advise against scheduling builders or tradespeople solely based on delivery dates or timeframes. It is recommended that you receive and verify items from us before initiating any preparatory work. We cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to delivery-related issues.
Customers should inform us of any accessibility challenges prior to placing an order.
If, for any reason, a customer wishes to return goods, a return and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
