Description
Delivery

Wooden Post – 3″ x 3″ x 6ft (1.8m) is a versatile timber post for fencing and general garden construction. Its 3″ x 3″ x 6ft (1.8m) dimensions provide a practical support section for domestic landscaping, boundary and outdoor timber projects.

Typical uses

Supporting compatible fence panels and rails
Garden screens, lightweight gates and boundary features
Pergola, trellis and landscaping structures
General outdoor timber repairs and construction

Installation benefits

Straightforward to cut, drill and fix with suitable exterior-grade hardware
Timber appearance blends naturally with fencing and garden structures
Can be installed using an appropriate post support, concrete footing or specified fixing method
Suitable for new installations and replacement work

Check the required post spacing, embedment depth and loading before installation. Timber is a natural material and may show knots, grain variation and minor movement. Protect cut ends and maintain exposed timber with a suitable treatment where required.

Deliveries will require a signature

Deliveries are scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM and necessitate a signature. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept your order. Unsuccessful deliveries will result in a re-delivery charge of £30 per pallet or £30 per Local BFS delivery.
All deliveries are made to the kerbside or the nearest accessible flat surface. The decision to deliver on the driveway is at the discretion of Palletways or the BFS driver.
It is advised to inspect items upon delivery before signing for any potential damage, discrepancies, or missing items. Our Palletways and BFS drivers will allow ample time for you to do so.
In the event of any breakages, please mark it as ‘Damaged on Arrival’. Otherwise, the pallet courier will not accept responsibility for breakages. Kindly contact our customer services team within 48 hours of delivery, and they will be happy to assist in resolving any issues. Please refrain from installing any damaged or incorrect items, as we will be unable to replace or refund items that have been installed.
Please be aware that drivers are unable to dispose of packaging materials, including pallets. It is the responsibility of the customer to appropriately dispose of these items.
We strongly advise against scheduling builders or tradespeople solely based on delivery dates or timeframes. It is recommended that you receive and verify items from us before initiating any preparatory work. We cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to delivery-related issues.
Customers should inform us of any accessibility challenges prior to placing an order.
If, for any reason, a customer wishes to return goods, a return and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
