Free UK Mainland Delivery Over £600 on Porcelain and Natural Stone Tiles
Our porcelain & natural stone are all delivered by Palletways. Any orders over £600.00 are delivered free of charge. Palletways deliveries for orders under £600.00 are charged at £50.00.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ONLY APPLIES TO PORCELAIN & SANDSTONE. NO OTHER ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE DELIVERY.
Local Delivery
For our products that are available with local delivery on our tipper which can carry 1.6 tonne, we can deliver them within a 10 mile radius of our Nechells store (B7 5DT). Local delivery is £15. (PLEASE NOTE: deliveries with a Redditch postcode are £30, due to the extra distance)
Jumbo bags and anything above 1.6tonne will incur a delivery surcharge of an extra £15 (£30.00 total).
Delivery Times
Both Palletways and our Local Delivery services are 2-3 days Mon - Sat. You can specify a certain delivery day if you require on checkout for up to 2 weeks in the future.
Deliveries will require a signature
Deliveries are scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM and necessitate a signature. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept your order. Unsuccessful deliveries will result in a re-delivery charge of £30 per pallet or £30 per Local BFS delivery.
All deliveries are made to the kerbside or the nearest accessible flat surface. The decision to deliver on the driveway is at the discretion of Palletways or the BFS driver.
It is advised to inspect items upon delivery before signing for any potential damage, discrepancies, or missing items. Our Palletways and BFS drivers will allow ample time for you to do so.
In the event of any breakages, please mark it as ‘Damaged on Arrival’. Otherwise, the pallet courier will not accept responsibility for breakages. Kindly contact our customer services team within 48 hours of delivery, and they will be happy to assist in resolving any issues. Please refrain from installing any damaged or incorrect items, as we will be unable to replace or refund items that have been installed.
Please be aware that drivers are unable to dispose of packaging materials, including pallets. It is the responsibility of the customer to appropriately dispose of these items.
We strongly advise against scheduling builders or tradespeople solely based on delivery dates or timeframes. It is recommended that you receive and verify items from us before initiating any preparatory work. We cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to delivery-related issues.
Customers should inform us of any accessibility challenges prior to placing an order.
If, for any reason, a customer wishes to return goods, a return and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Brilliant service from BFS, Harjit, Jai and Sukhi and Tariq, at various points through my garden project. Although I had a lovely green garden, with a decking patio, maintenance was becoming a problem. I was given good advice and purchased the grey porcelain tiles, and all the sand, cement, grout etc needed. Garden has turned out a dream and looks massive, as all the hedges and bushes were removed to have a dedicated plant space set up. Still have finishing to complete. The guy who delivered (apologies as I didn’t catch a name) asked where we wanted the items to be put before starting to unload the truck. He was extremely helpful.
